ANGELENA COPELAND- VET TECHNICIAN
Angelena came to the NVS staff in October of 2021. She grew up in Ness City, Kansas. While going to Ness City High School she started working at a vet clinic and got her start into the veterinary world. She graduated high school in 2018, and then went into the veterinary nursing program at Colby Community College. In 2020 she graduated and became a Licensed Veterinary Technician. Angelena went to work as a mixed practice in Nebraska for over a year before coming to Ninnescah Veterinary Service. Making the move back to Kansas has brought her closer to friends and family. In her free time she enjoys making beaded jewelry, traveling and going to concerts. Angelena loves all kinds of animals. She is known as our in house snake wrangler. But don’t even think about putting her near a spider. She is very passionate about helping animals. For pets of her own she has 1 pet rat, 2 cats, and a dog. This little vet tech can do it all. We are so lucky to have her here.
