HALEY KEELER AUSTIN
Haley is the daughter of Dr. Ron and Michelle Keeler. She graduated from Pretty Prairie High School in 2019, where she was heavily involved in sports. Haley graduated Hutchinson Community College in 2021 and Wichita State University in 2023. She is currently teaching 8th grade science in Haysville Kansas. Her students are so lucky to have such a positive, outgoing, skilled teacher. Being around Haley just makes you happy. Haley married Peyton Austin in July of 2024. They currently live in Peyton’s home town of Derby. Peyton has a passion for golf and has competed at every level but professional. Peyton and brother, Parker, are sons of golf proessional Woody Austin. The brothers own The Golf Hut located in Derby Kansas. The crown jewel of their store is two state-of-the-art Trackman golf simulators. They can meet your golf needs at any playing level. Haley grew up in the clinic and helped out at NVS prepping animals, assisting in the surgery room, and answering the phones. She has always had numerous pets including a herd of cats. She is the clinic’s official crazy cat lady (notice the kittens in the pockets of her scrub shirt). Haley and Peyton both love animals. Their current house pets include a very affectionate hairless cat from Russia (Thanks Dad!), a domestic shorthair , two dogs, and a snake. We love these two and always look forward to their visits. We are so happy that life is good in Derby.
